The conductive patches and body bands can be attached near an injury, pain, wound or area of acute pain to accelerate the healing process and reduce local inflammation and discomfort. They are a way to concentrate Earthing into a small area. Athletes find them especially beneficial for recovery from common injuries and strains. The Body Bands are adjustable and slip onto a wrist, arm, ankle or lower leg. The conductive patches are disposable and designed to be used once. They are often used by practitioners in a clinical setting with great success, sometimes as an adjunct to an existing treatment or, for example, placed on acupuncture points. The bands are designed for day to day use and can be used over and over.
Earthing patches are similar to the ECG/EKG electrode patches commonly used by doctors for testing purposes. When used for Earthing, you simply apply them to the skin on some part of the body, such as a site of tenderness or pain. One end of the accompanying Earthing cord snaps onto the patch. The other end connects to the wall outlet or grounding rod outdoors.
